ROTARY BLOW MOLDING SYSTEM

The blowing machine heats PET performs first and then stretch blow mold with the compressed air.With the development of beverage production line speed, fully automatic rotary blowing machine becomes the main trend,which is widely used bylarge and medium-sized beverage plants. Blowing machine consists of preform sorter,heating machine, rotary blow molding host, and electrical control systems.With the high productivity and high efficiency, rotary blow molding machine becomes the first chioce of the middle, high speed production line, while the linear blow molding machine is chosen in the middle and low-speed production line.

Servo driven clamping, contribute invisible bottle parting line. Machine handles items by the neck only until bottle is blown. Precise longitudi-nal heating profile and perfect homogeneity of circumferential temperature result in an even material thickness that guarantees superior bottle appearance and makes it possible to reduce bottle weight.

Low Energy Consumption
Fully electrical operational system reduces low-pressure air consumption, guarantees the maximum energy savings. Patent designed pitch chang-over system ensure 50.8mm spindles pitch inside heating oven, which reduce 55% of heating tunnels’ length comparing with constant pitch machine for significant heat energy saving.
