Features

Machine structure: monoblock filling machine & negative pressure filling method;

Filling valve: including the glass bottle positioning device;

Bottle delivery system: glass bottle is different plastic bottle; glass bottle is delivered by the star-wheel;

Sealing part: we have the patent for the sealing parts;

Bearing sets: there is double sealing between the table and the bearing set to avoid corrosion;

Control system: apply arm controller;

Lubrication system: PLC controlled lubrication;

Optional function: if having different bottles in height, the filling machine can be designed automatically lift up and down;
