(1)atmospheric liquid filling machine is based on the weight of the liquid itself since the flow of filling, this kind of filling machine have serious requirements on the viscosity of liquid, gas, etc. And according to the filling mode ,it is divided into timing filling and constant volume filling.
(2)Vacuum filling machine: When the bottle pressure lower than atmospheric pressure, it will begin to fill. This filling machine has simple structure, high efficiency and is generally used for liquids with large viscosity.
(3)Pressure filling machine:Filling under conditions higher than normal pressure, it also be divided into two kinds: one is the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder and the pressure in the bottle is equal, the liquid will begin to fill due to the action of gravity, called isobaric filling.
The other is that the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder is higher than the pressure in the bottle, and the liquid flows into the bottle by the pressure difference. This is called high-pressure filling, which is often used in the production line of high-speed liquid filling.
