The filling process of beer is quite mature. It can be divided into seven parts basically. Its working principle is:
The clean bottle from the bottle washing machine is fed into the feeding screw of the filling machine by the conveyor belt, and then sent to the supporting cylinder of the rotary table by the feeding wheel and raised.
The seal is formed by pressing the feeding port of the filling valve under the guide of the fixing device.
After the bottle is vacuumized, the back-pressure gas (CO2) in the storage cylinder is pushed into the bottle. When the gas pressure in the bottle is equal to the gas pressure in the storage cylinder, the liquid valve is opened under the action of the liquid valve spring.
At this point, the beer is guided by the umbrella reflector ring on the air pipe. It is automatically poured into the glass bottle along the wall of the bottle, and the CO2 in the glass bottle is replaced back into the tank through the return air pipe.
When the liquor rises to a certain height and closes the back trachea. Stop filling automatically.
The filling process is completed by closing the liquid and air valves and draining the pressure air at the bottleneck to prevent the gassy liquor from gushing as the glass bottle drops.
