Cleaning foundation and purpose for CIP cleaning

Cleaning purpose is to make the final product reach quality standard.

Generally, filling environment is not aseptic which need to clean and sterilize to assure aseptic environment maximally.

The surface which is not physically cleaned will not meet the cleaning purpose and the efficiency will be very low.

When do physical cleaning, all pipes which connect the product will be cleaned by using water or suitable chemical detergent. Peel off and eliminate all impurities by using high-speed water and different detergent during cleaning

Then sterilize the pipes which connect the product by using hot water, steam and suitable sterilizing detergent.

Effective cleaning need suitable cleaning procedure and elements as followings:

Flow rate

Temperature of detergent

Viscosity of chemical detergent
