In 2025, in order to increase production capacity, the customer cooperated with Meicheng to manufacture a high-yield 72-head cola filling machine, and successfully delivered it to the customer in March 2025. The machine is a flushing, filling and capping machine that integrates filling, capping and CIP cleaning systems. It is based on the introduction, digestion and absorption of foreign advanced technologies. According to the filling process requirements of water, emulsions, juices and other beverages in my country, it is independently developed and designed. It is a filling machine with domestic leading level. The machine adopts the bottleneck positioning and conveying method, and only a few parts need to be changed to be applicable to bottles of various sizes. The filling method is isobaric filling, and the specially designed filling valve can accurately control the filling liquid level. The sanitary circulation pipeline provides a reliable guarantee for product quality.

Working Process:
After the bottle is blown in by the wind, it is driven by the bottle guide wheel. After the star wheel transmission transmits the bottle to the rinser, the rinser flips the guide rail to turn the bottle 180° up, and the bottle entering the filling machine is clamped by the bottle mouth stainless steel bottle clamp to hold the bottle mouth. After the detection switch senses the bottle signal, it sends a bottle signal to control the filling valve to open for filling. When the liquid level probe detects that the capacity reaches the specified liquid level, the pneumatic valve is closed to stop filling. After filling, the bottle is exported from the filling machine through the bottle star wheel and transmitted to the capping machine.
Technical Specifications:
★ Bottle Rinsing Part:
This machine is a rotary bottle rinser, mainly used for rinsing new bottles of beverages, water and other products. The bottles are then sent to the filling machine for filling.
PET bottles enter the equipment through the bottle separation star wheel, and the bottle mouth is clamped by the clamp and flip mechanism to turn the bottle mouth downward. After sterile water rinse and drain, it is automatically flipped to the bottle mouth upward and transported to the filling machine through the bottle discharge star wheel. The main structure of the equipment and the contact part of the rinsing medium and the external protective cover are all made of high-quality stainless steel; open gear transmission.
The new stainless steel clamp has a simple structure and is easy to adjust; the contact area with the bottle mouth is small, which effectively avoids secondary contamination of the bottle mouth.
The water inlet pipe of the bottle rinser is equipped with a pressure gauge.
The bottle rinser is equipped with a water receiving tray to recycle the rinsing water.
When rinsing, the amount of water for each bottle is: 105ml/s (at 0.25MPa)
★ Filling Part:
The filling machine is designed and manufactured by my country with German technology and the principle of isobaric filling. Before filling, CO₂ gas is injected into the bottle to balance the pressure in the bottle with the pressure in the liquid storage cylinder to avoid foam overflow and gas escape caused by liquid impact. CO₂ retention rate ≥ 97%: The filling pressure (1.5-3.5bar) is adjusted in real time through the pressure sensor (accuracy ±0.01bar), and the gas content fluctuation is ≤ ±0.1%. The filling valve adopts a normal pressure mechanical valve, which is fast and sensitive in filling and has high filling liquid level accuracy. Liquid level accuracy ±0.3%: The filling valve is equipped with a dual-channel flow meter to dynamically compensate for temperature and viscosity changes to ensure that the liquid level height of each bottle is consistent.
The material in the filling cylinder is automatically controlled, and the liquid level height is detected by a liquid level sensor to ensure stable liquid level and reliable filling.
★ Capping Part:
1) The capping part screws the caps sorted by the cap sorter onto the filled bottles and sends them to the downstream process by the conveyor chain.
2) The capping machine drives the turntable to rotate through the reducer. The cap leaves the hopper from the cap outlet under the action of centrifugal force. There is a positive and negative cap separation device at the outlet. When the reverse cap passes, the cap automatically falls into the return pipe, and the reverse cap is automatically blown into the hopper by wind. Only the positive cap can enter the slide smoothly. The amount of caps in the hopper is automatically detected by the photoelectric switch to control the cap conveyor to ensure that the lower cap is effective. When the positive cap enters the slide, it can smoothly enter the cap feeding plate. To prevent accidents, a dial to prevent reverse caps is also configured on the slide to ensure that the caps entering the cap feeding plate are correct. A pair of photoelectric switches are also configured on the slide. When no cap is detected, the main machine is stopped immediately. In order to effectively remove bad caps without anti-theft rings and residual caps when cleaning the hopper, there is an active outlet directly opposite the hopper outlet to meet this function.
3) The capping is magnetic capping with overload protection function, and the capping torque is stable and reliable. There is no gnawing, high cap, crooked cap, or curling phenomenon in the capping.
